Our private group tours are built from scratch around what your group actually wants. We have arranged travel for groups as varied as the itineraries themselves, from a short city break in Europe to an extended tour of South Africa, and for organisations ranging from arts societies and universities of the third age to garden clubs and livery companies. A group can be a handful of friends or a club of fifty, and the itinerary is shaped to fit rather than chosen from a shelf.
Most private groups travel with an experienced Tour Manager who runs the week, which leaves the organiser free to enjoy the holiday they have planned rather than managing it.

Anything from a small group of friends to a club of around fifty. The size affects which hotels and visits work best, and the itinerary is built accordingly.
Effectively all of it. The destination, the length, the standard of accommodation, the meal arrangements, how you travel and how much is included in the price are all decisions your group makes.
On most occasions, yes, and it is worth having one. They handle the running of the tour so the group organiser can relax into the holiday rather than troubleshooting it.
Yes, and it is what we do best. Gardens, stately homes, art galleries, archaeology and other specialist visits are the usual starting point, and the itinerary is built around whatever the group has come together for.
There is no fixed price list, because every group is different. Cost depends on group size, the standard of hotel, the meal arrangements, the time of year and whether you travel with a Tour Manager. A tailored quote is available on request.
